Where does R&L Electronics charge sales tax?
We charge sales tax when shipping to the following states: Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, New York, Tennessee, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Michigan, Georgia and North Carolina.

Does R&L Electronics ship outside the United States?
Yes, we do ship anywhere in the world.

How much does shipping cost?
We charge actual shipping. We do not charge any handling fees. We do not make any money on shipping charges. The website will give you a shipping estimate. Just step through the check out process and you will get a shipping quote. If you would like, you may email sales@randl.com with a list of items and your address. We will email you a quote.

If I place an order today, when will my order ship?
Normally the answer is within 24 hours. This is almost always true, except weekends and Mondays. Usually your order will ship the next business day. Mondays are normally very busy. If your order was placed on the weekend, we will do our best to get it out Monday, but it may not ship until Tuesday.

How will my order ship?
We will pretty much ship however you want. We have an everyday pickup with UPS and US mail. This is the way we prefer, but we will ship FedEx or whatever. Normally this will delay your package a day.
Exeptions to this are antennas, towers and international shipments. Please email for details on these.

What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover.

Can I pay by bank transfer?
Yes, we will accept a bank transfer. Send email to sales@randl.com for a proforma invoice. Note: If it is a small order a $20 surcharge may apply.

What is your return policy?
All items must be returned within 10 days. After 10 days or if the item is not in new condition, it will be treated as a used trade in. All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Not all items are returnable.

Yes, we do accept Paypal.

What is the warranty on used equipment?
Items under $100, 10 days. Items over $100, 30 days. You are responsible for shipping charges both ways when returning a used item.

Do we require a RA number when returning an item?
We do not require a RA number. When returning an item, please be sure to put a copy of your invoice in the box and a note describing the problem. Please include your phone number so we can call incase of any problems. Please do not send anything back in its original box. Please put the original box in another box.
