-The ball and socket allows top section to adjust the viewing angle of the radio or device attached
-LM-100EXP Microphone holder (included) attaches to the telescoping arm

You will typically need your particular radios remote display head bracket to attach to the 4-hole AMPS plate included.

You may need to adapt the hole pattern in the remote kit bracket to match the
LM-BASE Mount hole pattern.
