The LM-AD1 is a special adapter using the threaded socket in the display head to solve the mounting problem that many of the newer display heads create, in particular the FTM-350R.

Due to the weight and options available to use with the FTM-350 for example, the suction cup mount that came with the radio is very inadequate!

The LM-AD1 uses the threaded socket in the back of the display head. A threaded stud on the LM-AD1 screws into the back of the display head and is then attached to any of the following LIDO MOUNTS:

LM-300: Seat bolt/floor mount
LM-500H: Suction cup mount
LM-400EXP: Goose neck suction cup mount
LM-801EXP: Cup holder mount
